Assist Europe

"Assist" is involved in sending some aid to Eastern Europe and also in administrating "Operation Bond", a pen-pal scheme to Russia and other former USSR States. Recently Assist has had a close relationship with Asian Outreach and has extended it's pen-pal ministry to China and Taiwan.
